KAWAI RX-6 SEMI-CONCERT GRAND PIANO

The RX-6 Orchestra Grand was first introduced in 1995 as part of the Kawai RX Series Grand Pianos — a line of instruments that was celebrated for its excellent tone and touch. All six instruments in RX Series featured the Kawai Ultra-Responsive Action with ABS-Styran composite parts. Traditional all-wood actions offered by other piano makers could never compare with the Kawai Ultra-Responsive Action that was far more stable and provided more consistent tone over time.

Because Kawai technology is ever-evolving, the RX Series was eventually succeeded by the GX BLAK Series in 2013 that featured another major evolution of the piano action, the ground-breaking Millennium III Grand Action with ABS-Carbon parts. Carbon composite part provide a swifter keystroke and greater consistency of touch and performance than has ever been offered in the history of the piano. You’ll immediately hear and feel the difference.
