The CA59 is the intermediate model of the Concert Artist range, and successor to the popular CA58 upper-mid-range digital piano. It retains the“Grand Feel Compact” wooden-key keyboard action and Harmonic Imaging XL sound samples of its predecessor while offering a number of new features and improvements. The award-winning legacy of Kawai’s family of digital pianos is strengthened and continued through the CA59.

Description

The Kawai Concert Artist (CA) Series is one of the most award-winning lines of digital pianos available today, and the CA59 is a model that will deliver players of all levels an exceptional playing experience. The CA59 continues a legacy of authentic sound and premium features found in the CA58 model. It incorporates technologies developed in collaboration with premium audio equipment manufacturer, Onkyo, and features a new motherboard and amplification system designed to deliver richer, higher quality sound. Existing Bluetooth® MIDI functionality is complemented by the addition of Bluetooth® Audio, with aptX support providing high-quality wireless audio with minimal latency.

This updated model preserves the core Grand Feel Compact wooden-key keyboard action and acoustic piano sound of Shigeru Kawai SK-EX and Kawai EX Concert Grand Pianos, while also adding a new Shigeru Kawai SK-5 piano sound, recreating the unrivaled touch and responsiveness of a fine grand piano. The CA59 possesses an updated cabinet design, adopting the taller body and rounded edge details of the larger Concert Artist models, for a more impressive, premium experience. It also boasts a modernized OLED graphic display for easier visibility and will support Kawaiʼs new PianoRemote app, allowing sounds and settings to also be adjusted using a compatible iOS or Android smartphone or tablet.
